“At a dinner in the South of France, I met the cultural ambassador of Provence, the "Queen of Arles" as titled. She had on 18th century "Poissarde" earrings, poissarde in French meaning 'fishwives'. These earrings worn by fisherman's wives from around 1790-1810 in Paris have a s-shaped fish-hook which also lend to their name historically. I had never seen anything like it before and I wanted to bring to life the beauty of 18th century Poissarde earrings to women of today who appreciate classical jewelry pieces that tell stories through time.”– Jamie Beck

These 18K Yellow Gold “Poissarde” Oval Hoop Earrings are our latest collaboration with artist Jamie Beck and feature Citrine Stones.
